Once upon a time all I wore was high high heels but the last few years all I want to wear everywhere I go are comfortable shoes that propel me through my day, keep me energized & of course that look cute too! I am excited to be teaming up with Reebok Women in their new collaboration with FACEstockholm cosmetics. They have created 8 beautiful (and colourful) shoes each with a different hidden sole message. My shoe represents ‘Freedom’ & the message written inside the shoe says….“There is nothing more exciting than the freedom to be who you want to be. Let it out – inspiration comes from within.” Now, every time I put on these shoes I get a little nudge of inspiration…how cool is that?
Above: You all know me by now, I don’t take myself too seriously 😉 As mentioned above, I loved that these shoes represented freedom…bonus points that they came in my favourite colour! When I opened my beautiful gift I was delighted to find a bunch of blue shades of cosmetics & nail polish. I was in my own little blue haven. Became equally obsessed with FACE Stockholm too, their make up is amazing and so easy to apply!
Freedom comes in many different forms. The freedom to be who you want to be and to do what you love for a living. The freedom to have your own opinion & artistic expression. Sometimes freedom can be found in little things like being able to create your own schedule and not be chained to a 9-5 desk job, and sometimes it’s bigger things like being able to hold your partners hand in public, getting married to whoever you want to get married to and the freedom to believe proudly in what you want to believe in. To me, freedom is all the above. I am incredibly grateful to live in a country & have a family who have always supported all my life choices from the beginning. Today, I get to wake up and do what I love everyday. Freedom to create what I’d like to create & the freedom to make my own choices day to day. Of course as entrepreneurs we work around the clock and sure, sometimes that gets tiring, but if you pause for a moment and look around you’ll see there is plenty to be grateful for. I don’t know about you guys but something about vibrant blue glitter makes me oh so happy!
Above & Below: One of the things I’m so grateful for is that I can usually be flexible with my schedule on days I don’t have photoshoots. I love going to grocery store in the middle of the day when it’s nice and quiet and not packed with commotion. It’s so much more fun and relaxing this way, I actually enjoy and look forward to it vs rushing through playing trolly bumper carts! It’s the little things 😉
Above & Below: This is my favourite place to get frozen yogurt on Main Street Unionville with Kosta! I’ve been going there for over a decade and it never disappoints 🙂 I love that I can dress these runners up & down to go with almost any outfit! *yes, I couldn’t wait and started eating my yogurt before the shoot was over*
Pre-workout change up – my father’s side is from Sparta, Greece and so of course I loved these Reebok Spartan work out leggings!
