Holiday Home Tour 2017

My favourite Time of Year

We are in full swing and officially one week away from Christmas and I’m both beyond excited and sad that its come so quick. As of Today I’m slowing way down and spending the rest of the week closing loops and wrapping up lose ends so that next week I can enjoy the week off with my family.

I wanted to create a cozy space for us to enjoy the holidays this year. J is running around and interacting with all our decor (he’s been so good thus far with leaving the tree and present totally alone – he usually just runs right by them – thank goodness!) I love this time of year with a tiny in tow. He says HO HO HO every time we see Santa and says WOW whenever there is twinkling lights. I’ve been especially feeling so thankful and grateful for all the blessings we’ve been give this year.

We moved the rug from J’s bedroom into our living area which makes such a difference! It immediately made our family room more cozy and inviting (in addition to all the extra pillows haha). I didn’t link the rug because truth be told it sheds worst than a house pet but we still love it (if you guys reading this know of one that’s similar and doesn’t shed please let me know! :D)
