Its favourites time!
Truth be told I had this post lined up for the beginning of May including most of the images however other deadlines jumped to the top of my to-do list so here we are in a blink of an eye in June?!Let’s dive in because I’m especially excited about these goodies this month!
Spring / Summer Pillow

Fastest way to spruce up your home for the waker months, swapping out your pillows! I love buying the cushion on the inside and then buying new pillow covers which makes it not only easy to change but easy to store as well. I fell in love with this paint splatter pillow cover from Chapters / Indigo – its the perfect summer addition!
Mrs. Box
I was gifted this beautiful Mrs. Box a couple of months ago and it lives on my bedside so I can admire its beauty daily. This is the perfect gift for a bride to be, an anniversary present or just for someone you love who appreciates fancy and delicate things. If you haven’t already heard of them I encourage you to explore their website because its has some of the best images and styling I’ve seen in a long time (ya’ll know how much I love branding).
Glow Mud Mask
I’ve been lacking the last two months to be consistent with any skincare routine. I’m great for 3-4 days then basically just wash my face brush my teeth and run off into the day for the next 5 days. This mask has been a life saver especially when my skin is feeling dry, and tired. If I have an event, I stick this on 15min before I pop into the shower (because its so much easier to just wash it off in there – hey hey beauty hacks!) and my skin feels like I just got the best facial! Go to sephora and get a sample to try yourself 🙂
Bugaboo Cameleon Stroller
I fall more and more in love with this stroller every time we use it. Also the fact that the hood is in my favourite shade always puts a smile on my face (yes, colour makes me that happy guys). I love how light it is (compare to some of my friends strollers its a breeze and they’ll say it too). It’s also so easy to manoeuvre and sleek! If you’re expecting, would definitely recommend any of the Bugaboo strollers!
Family Walks
Does this one really need an explanation? Beautiful warm summer nights, my boys with me and my iced Starbucks…doesn’t really get better than this! Those baby toes I can’t get enough!!
Mama Bear + Papa Bear Mugs
I have this weird thing about buying “best mom” moms – I don’t really like them – so, as soon as I saw this pair I knew I had to buy them for Kosta and I! We used to always drink from / have ice cream from our Mr. + Mrs. mugs so it seems only fitting we now have new mugs for our new roles as Mama and Papa.
Psst, this would make such a cute gift for new expecting parents!
March Jacobs | Highliner Gel Eyeliner
It’s been a long time since I’ve used a pencil liner. I really haven’t been impressed with anything out there, that is until I was sent the brand new MJ liners – oh my gosh! They are amazing. They glide on so smoothly (last hours) and come in so many beautiful shades. My favourite is the brown, dark green and deep purple ones. For every day when I don’t feel like using my liquid liner these have become my go-to for the last two months.
Dew + Poesy Perfume | Chapters / Indigo
I’m not overly adventurous when it comes to perfume. I find what I like and stick with it for usually more than a year before I try something new. I was walking through Indigo a few weeks back and this pretty packaging caught my eye. I grabbed it thinking ‘theres no way I’ll like this smell’ oh man was I wrong – this smelt amazing I was so impressed plus the price point is amazing at only $14 Canadian you can’t go wrong!
Mobile Starbucks Order
*PSA* best time saving hack…I almost didn’t want to share it…
The last few months I’ve been obsessed with mobile orders via my Starbucks app. It’s amazing. It’s a love affair and I pride myself on converting my best friends to doing this also. My morning routine after I drop off bebe J on work days is to plug in my order, drive over to the Starbucks I’m close to pop in grab my order and head on home. I really don’t like waiting in lines and especially on days when that Starbucks line is PACKED with frappachino orders – you can beat the rush and order it online. We use this especially when we are on walks, at the mall and … okay really I use it all the time.
