The time has finally come, I’m on the hunt for my dream team!  I’m looking to bring on board some talented individuals who will be able to grow with the ‘annawithlove’ brand as we enter this next exciting stage of our business.  Though the positions are part time to start there is the possibility that these can grow into a permanent position.


Growing and building a team has been something I’ve been working towards for years.  I am looking forward to this next step as it will result in lots more valuable, fun and creative content for all of you!

Virtual Graphic Designer
Part time: 5-10 hours per week for 3 months to start


I’m looking for someone who will be in charge of creating all graphics for our blog, shop, newsletters and creative company documents.  You’ll be working closely with myself and our operations assistant to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and match our brand aesthetic and objectives.  


Part time | 5-10 hours per week


Job Tasks Include (but not limited to)
  • Creating all graphics for the blog such as (but not limited to) collages and pin-able images
  • Creating all graphics for our newsletters
  • Creating all banners, buttons and slides for our shop
  • Create Interactive PDFs
  • Design Free printables for our subscribers


Requirements
  • Be proficient in photoshop and illustrator
  • Must have access to a computer and your own software (photoshop, illustrator)
  • Online portfolio with your current design work
  • Having knowledge of shopify & mailchimp will be a huge bonus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently

Operations Assistant
Part time / 10-16 hours per week - 3 months to start


I am looking for someone who loves creating and implementing systems, is highly organized, has excellent communications skills and a self-starter.  My dream candidate will not only see what needs to be done (and do it) but pitch a better more efficient way to streamline our daily operating tasks.  Though this is not a creative position you will need to have an understanding of the creative side of our business and industry. I want someone who loves organizing, spreadsheets and keeps their inbox and messages at  ‘O’! ;)  We’re a happy bunch, so you’ll need to have a bubbly, positive disposition.You must have a high level of empathy and want everyone to feel good around you.  I want someone who loves helping people as much as I do.  Finally, this position is for someone who wants to support an entrepreneur and not become one themselves.  I’m looking for someone to grow with us for the long run so if you’re just looking for experience for your own biz than this isn’t the job for you.


This is a virtual position but may will require you to come into our studio occasionally.


Job Tasks Include (but not limited to)
  • Creating and documenting systems within our business
  • Invoicing and assisting with emails
  • Scheduling / Co-ordinating photoshoot, partnerships and collaborations
  • Scheduling Newsletters
  • Assist with our facebook, twitter and pinterest accounts
  • Running errands as needed / assisting on photoshoots
  • Drafting and scheduling blog posts
  • Help creating and maintaining our blog content calendar
  • Co-ordinating with our virtual graphic designer
  • Manage our shop
    • Customer service emails
    • Scheduling sales


Requirements
  • Ability and interest in the above tasks
  • Must have own laptop or computer + strong internet signal
  • Assistant experience
  • Must have access to a car and be able to travel occasionally to our studio in the GTA
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and google docs
  • BONUS:
    • Having experience, knowledge in the blogging industry
    • Experience using Mail Chimp + Shopify + Etsy
    • Experience with online marketing
