January Favourites

The goal was to do this monthly…and then I realized the last time I did this was MAY! *gulp* time to re-boot and begin these fun monthly posts.  As per my word of the year – it’s time to get things done and going!
Cultivate What Matters | Powersheets 
No surprise this was on the list for this month! I’ve been thoroughly enjoying filling in all the pages in my powersheets (still not done yet) but as Lara says say progress not perfection!
Go buy this now. Seriously. It’s been a long since I found something that actually hydrates and softens my lips.  Bite always nails it with their products.  This trio is the best thing for chapped lips I’ve ever tried.
I’m a little late to the MJ party here.  After being sent this few months ago I finally gave it a go this month and fell IN LOVE with it.  It’s the perfect shade and it’s gorgeous packaging just makes me get a jolt of luxury on even the most taxing days when I’m not feeling glamorous at all! Its the little things…
Kiehl’s | Ultra Facial Cream
I know, I know I’ve had this on here before! I always come back to Kiehl’s classic moisturizer every winter.  Our winters in Toronto are long and harsh, with my sensitive skin I’m always dry.  I lather this stuff on like no ones business.  This is a life-saver!
Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer
I was sent this from Dysons PR team before the holidays and truthfully I’ve fallen more and more in love with it every time I use it.   It’s not only powerful but the quietest dryer I’ve ever used.  I diffuse my hair a lot during the winter and it’s cut down the time in half to dry it! Pretty, strong and time saving? Yes please! Would definitely recommend this if you want to splurge on a dryer! Also makes a great Valentine’s gift.
Camomile, Honey + Lemon Tea
January started off great and then bebe J and I got sick, thank God he got better so fast…mama on the other hand hasn’t been so lucky! I’m so thankful to finally be feeling better after 3 weeks under the weather but this tea was my on repeat all. month. long. So soothing and comforting!

My beauty guru bestie told me I would love this and she wasn’t wrong! It makes your skin so smooth and buttery that your foundation just glides on perfectly.  Not to mention it feels so luxurious in your hands.
Baby Bombadier Designs | Party Favours
We ordered these beautiful candles for Bebe J’s baptism last month (will be sharing some images soon) and these were our party favours! I love that they come in such a beautiful box and perfectly package.  Love everything on their site and can’t wait to use them again.
In The Company Of Women by Grace Bonney
I love this book for so many different reasons.  The incredible women, the interviews, the portraits but especially that this book is easily digestible! It’s no secret I don’t have all the time in the world anymore – I love that even if I have 5 min I can grab this book flip it open and get a quick burst on inspiration.  This also makes for the sweetest gift for the girl boss in your life!
